Freelance - Events:
²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû is seeking freelance workers with industry knowledge and experience.Ìý You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, setting up, programming/operating, and breaking down various equipment on site and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) to ensure the timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
- On-site execution of the event ensuring ²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû’s high standards are met or exceeded and that all services are delivered in-line with ²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû’s contractual obligations and in-line with the customer’s expectations.
- Close out each event by completing appropriate invoices and post-show reviews.
- Other duties as assigned for Mobile and Modular Events.

- Events are located nationally.
- Pay varies depending on position and skill level.
Physical requirements:

Project Manger:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Project Managers coordinate with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, to ensure project success.Ìý
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring clear communication among team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Resource Allocation: Identify resource needs and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials accordingly. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Budget Management: Develop project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take corrective action as required.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.

Field Service Technician:
²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû is seeking a freelance Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fixed LED video display systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service fixed LED display systems pursuant in lead time and sequence to business needs.
- Coordinate onsite maintenance and repair scheduling and protocol with ²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû clients.
- Communicate service needs and contingencies with ²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû’ s Repair Services team.
- Document all services rendered in accordance with department reporting guidelines.
- Monitor and accommodate timelines of high priority or long-term service projects.
- Provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
- One year experience with LED display systems OR one year experience with commercial electrical systems.
Physical requirements:
Working conditions vary significantly by site, and often include working outdoors in adverse weather conditions. Acute vision and motor control are necessary to identify and manipulate small electronic components. Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs is required. Climbing ladders or rigging structure or working from a commercial lift may be required during field service.
Education:
High school diploma OR equivalent.
Skills:
- Familiar with LED display troubleshooting and service.
- Communicative and personable; able to navigate sensitive or high-pressure projects with ²ÝÝ®TV¸£Àû clients.
- Able to approach novel or unforeseen challenges from a solution-oriented standpoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities/timelines on short notice.
- Well-organized and capable of maintaining a high standard of documentation.

- Cost Estimation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for LED display projects in the sports and entertainment industry, including material, labor, and overhead.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure project needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Pre-Bid & Post-Bid Processes:
- Attend pre-bid meetings to gather essential project information.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to understand project requirements.
- Participate in post-bid presentations to effectively communicate project solutions and address client inquiries.
- Collaboration with Sales:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify project win themes and unique value propositions.
- Provide input to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Project Transition:
- Ensure a smooth transition of projects from the sales team to the operations team, providing detailed project scopes and estimates.
- Support operations during the project kick-off phase as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with LED display technology is strongly recommended
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in the LED fixed installation industry.
- Strong knowledge of RFP processes and bid preparation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills:
